The only warlord of note that I liked was Yukimura, the others needed more development and screen time instead of the tons of secondary characters running around. In the end I felt really lukewarm toward both of the main guys, Nobunaga was never warm enough and Hideyoshi just acted like an idiot most of the time. And that's saying something considering as much as I like Hakuouki I never liked Chizuru (except in Okita's route). So this was basically a low-rent Hakuouki (girl with magical blood, historical bishounen with a supernatural twist) with a mess of a story and an unsufferably bland heroine set in the Sengoku period instead of the Bakumatsu.
